DIY KITCHEN SPLASHBACK SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Your order is produced with utmost attention and care, typically within 4-5 weeks. However, depending on the volume of orders received or other unforeseen events that may arise, shipping times vary between an additional 1-3 days to reach its destination. Furthermore, our customer service representatives will be in contact should we experience any delays during this process to keep you informed.
WALL ART SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Your order is produced with utmost attention and care, typically within 1-3 business days. However, depending on the volume of orders received or other unforeseen events that may arise, shipping times vary between an additional 1-3 days to reach its destination. Furthermore, our customer service representatives will be in contact should we experience any delays during this process to keep you informed throughout your shopping journey!
SAMPLES SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
The Majority of samples are bespoke made, so delivery time is around 7 working days. From time to time, production delays can extend delivery time. We use Royal Mail for all small sample deliveries. 300mm x 300mm samples will be delivered by courier.
Custom, Made- Order Product:
- When all Products set out on the Order Form have been manufactured, the Company will contact the Customer and arrange a mutually convenient delivery date (“the Delivery Date”).
- The Company will use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the Product on the Delivery Date and undertake to notify the Customer within a reasonable time in the event that the Delivery Date cannot be met. For the avoidance of doubt, time shall not be of the essence of delivery.
- The Company excludes any and all liability (to the extent permitted by law) for any costs or damages of any kind (including direct, indirect and consequential losses) arising out of late delivery of the Product. The Company shall not be responsible for delays or late delivery caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- The Customer must give the Company at least five (5) working days written notice before the Delivery Date in the event that the Customer wishes to delay delivery of the Product.
- In the event that the Customer wishes to delay delivery by more than five (5) working days, the full balance of the value of the Order will become immediately payable. The Company agrees to store such delayed Products, at the Customer’s risk, for up to one (1) calendar month from the original Delivery Date. The Company reserves the right to charge storage fees at a daily rate, until such time as the Products are delivered to the Customer.
- The delivery charge as specified in the order will be payable by the Customer: (a) if the Company is not installing the Product; or (b) on all installations outside a four (4) mile distance from the Company’s premises.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Our orders are weight based for international customers, so please double check item detail pages before checkout where delivery charges will be revealed. Your order should reach you in no longer than 5 business days however delays may occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
After your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing the tracking number for delivery will be sent to you. You can then expect an update on transit status in as little as 24 hours!
DUTIES AND TAXES
For all UK orders, VAT tax is included. All international charges (where available), Taxes are calculated at the checkout.
DAMAGES
Here at CreoGlass E-Shop, we understand how important it is for your order to arrive undamaged. Upon receiving the item, please check carefully that everything has been delivered in its original condition - if any damages are visible upon receipt of the package or product itself you should register a claim with the delivery carrier immediately. Subsequently, contact us at (info@creoglass.co.uk) and send an image of any defect along with all related packaging materials; failure to do so may result in unsuccessful resolution as damaged products no longer be deemed 'resalable'. In addition, make sure not to install/hang it prior to informing us about potential damages – this will prevent successful reimbursement from being provided due to lack of proof!
WRONG INFORMATION
For a seamless fulfilment experience, make sure to double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Should you need to update the delivery destination afterwards, simply reach out via (info@creoglass.co.uk) within 24 hours!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our unique and one-of-a-kind pieces are created with skilful craftsmanship and made exclusively for you when your order is placed. If there happens to be a fault in the product that was our responsibility, we will accept returns or exchanges within seven days of delivery; however, orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged once manufacturing has started due to costs incurred.
